The Civic Registry
The Civic Registry is the official ledger of individuals recognized by the Village of Hobart. Each entry is persistent and is never deleted. Registry entries are updated only; they are not erased.
Authority over the Civic Registry rests with ORMA. The Registry is not a public-facing document. Access to your own record is available through the Citizen Services Portal.
Citizen Services Portal
The Citizen Services Portal provides access to your civic record, classification, levy status, and official standing. Registration and levy management are conducted through the portal.
Access Citizen Services Portal
Citizen Services Portal access is temporarily unavailable. Check back or contact Village Hall for assistance.
